1. No refund is applicable for commissioned work once it has been completed.2. Commissioned works are not eligible for a return as each piece is custom made based on the details provided by each client.However, if there is anything wrong with the file, it may be replaced or sent again by the artist.3. In the case of unforeseen events, the maximum time for the artist to finish a work is 5 months. If the artist have not completed the commissioned work in said time frame, the buyer then can file a case via PayPal.this may vary depending on what the artist and client have discussed (multiple illustrations, deadlines)3.1. If the artist have not completed the commissioned work within 5 months and the client have refused to extend the deadline, the refunded money will depend on the amount of progress the artist have made.4. A 100% refund can be issued if the client have changed their mind and the artist haven't started yet.

I. 50/50

||Process:

a. after the discussion of details, client shall send over their preferred email where the first invoice will be sent.
b. the artist will send an invoice for half of the net total + 5% for PayPal transaction fee. (the net total will be provided by the artist from the price breakdown.)
c. The artist will send updates throughout the process: (sketch > outlines > flat color > shading > rendering)
d. after the client have approved of the final look of the commission, the artist will proceed to send another invoice for the other 50% of the payment.
e. Once the artist have received the payment, a PNG file will be sent to the client through email.

II. UPFRONT

||Process:

a. after the discussion of details, client shall send over their preferred email where the invoice will be sent.
b. The artist will send an invoice for the full price + 5% PayPal Transaction Fee
c. The artist will send updates throughout the process: (sketch > outlines > flat color > shading > rendering)
d. After the client have approved of the final look of the commission, the artist will proceed to send the PNG file to the client's email.

*if additional revisions apply, that must be accomplished first before the last step.

1. Commercial Price starts at an additional 50% of the computed price.2. Commercial pricing applies for commissions regarding: art used for merch; icons, PFP, or cover photos for but not limited to your YT channel, Twitch channel, business, etc.; Book Covers; anything that is made for profit.3. Commercial works can still be used by the artist for promotional uses. That would include being able to post it on the artist's social media, make speed paints, or include on my commission sheet.4. Paying the commercial rate gives you the right to use the commissioned work to profit ONLY through the discussed usage. (If you commissioned a work for a book cover, you can only use the artwork for the book and nothing else.)

||EXCLUSIVITY

This means that the artist cannot use the commissioned work for promotional uses.a. In Commercial Use, an extra 50% on top of the overall rate with the commercial fee is added._b. In Personal Use, an extra 20% on top of the overall rate is added.b.1. Paying the rate for this won't mean that you can make profit out of the commissioned work. It is solely for the privacy of the client and the illustration.
